The Vision

The Studio offers a tailored, integrative approach to psychotherapy and education designed to empower clients with knowledge, tools, and practices for healing and growth.

Reflecting the fluidity and creativity of a dance studio, our work will draw upon a variety of theories and evidence-based treatment modalities to move you toward your goals. We'll work collaboratively and intentionally with room for experimentation and play, emphasizing the mind-body connection. Every service remains grounded in compassionate, trauma-informed care.

Get to Know the Owner

Welcome! I'm Gabriela.

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who started in the field as a victim advocate with my local sexual violence resource center. Since then, I've worked as a forensic interviewer and trauma therapist for a child advocacy center, gender equity investigator and educator at a college, and psychotherapist in private practices.

I've been a dancer for most of my life and it's one of the main inspirations behind The Studio. A dance studio is a space for challenge, discomfort, joy, and - most importantly - growth. It's where I've been able to (quite literally) move emotions and narratives within me to strengthen confidence and trust. Our work together will cultivate this kind of space where you can learn, explore, and connect in transformative ways.
